This little 3 month old girl is so photogenic that Gene Caron and myself are having a ball using her in conjunction with various background montages. She is now a "housedog" and we are very pleased with her intelligence, affection, beauty, and how her house training is progressing. Those that get their dander up over the occasional AMTC "political satire" can either send their "seconds" to call on me, resign, or get over it.

Saint Lazar's Raspberry Pie, AKA "Sweet Patootie" is growing up. The above photo was taken 6-7-09 at age 7 months. She has been shown a couple of times, but her kennel mate, Garnet, has prevailed as she is more mature and a super gal in her own right. Patootie's day will come.

Here's Patootie going at least 90 miles an hour back and forth in front of me, from one end of the yard to the other. I don't why she is so full of herself. I wasn't really prepared for an "action" shot, the shutter speed was only set to 1/200, and to really have stopped her dead, I should have been at least at 1/500. But there is one school of thought that likes to see a little "motion blur" to add realism. I probably agree. She is fast, but there are others, like Shiloh who make her look slow.

Caron - again

Don Patootie may have been speaking to some of those AMTC members that have given up on the AMTC management.

It is a beautiful Sunday, February 8. 2009, and the temperature is 71 at 1 PM. So I took Patootie for her first reconnoiter of our 22 acres a bit ago. Of course there are so many things to check out, I had to reset her "smeller" several times due to overload. Too bad we didn't jump up any venison, but she will get plenty of chances. She is not even four months old yet, and very diminutive, but there is no question of her "Terrier ness". She loves everybody, and visitors all have to be watched carefully or off they go with her. She stuck pretty close to me as we walked along some of the many trails I have cut thru the woods over the past decade with our DR brush cutter. She is so perfectly obedient there is no doubt she will be a frequent companion on future patrols. Thank you HEAVENLY FATHER for these so wonderful creatures.
