A RECORD SHATTERING 3RD STUD DOG OF THE YEAR AWARD - NEVER BEFORE DONE BY ANY MANCHESTER BREEDER!
THANK YOU LORD!

CH SAINT LAZAR STRIKES BACK HOF MSDY MCOM ROM - "STRIKER" - A boy who is so well tempered that you hardly know he is around. Yet this outstanding boy, unique to the Manchester Terrier Breed, is a Hall of Fame member, a Multiple Stud Dog of the Year, 3 TIMES, which means he has produced Champion after Champion from his harem, a Multiple Certificate of Merit Winner for the production of Champions, and a Record of Merit winner. He has produced so many fine pups, I can't name them all, but he is the Sire of the only Puppy, Toy or Standard, to ever win a Best in Show, BISS GRAND CHAMPION SAINT LAZAR'S TOPAZ. I can't help but wonder when the "Rogue 7" on the AMTC Board of Directors, and Betty Hodges, Beverely Longuil, or even our most steadfast admirer, Kathy Bradley (or whatever she calls herself this week) will even approach much less beat this GOD GIVEN record. If we can help you in any way, just let us know. (A Gene Caron Montage)

THE FINEST TOY MANCHESTERS IN NORTH AMERICA GATHERED IN ATLANTA OCT. 21-24, 2010

THE "ATLANTA CLASSIC" SHOW CLUSTER PRODUCED 3 NEW SAINT LAZAR CHAMPIONS, A FEAT UNEQUALED BY ANY OTHER MT BREEDER, AND 2 BEST OF VARIETY WINNERS

The very best Saint Lazar show weekend in over 4 decades of Saint Lazar exhibiting, October 21-24, 2010. Three new Champions, 2 Best of Varieties over the toughest competition in North America, a record breaking Stud Dog of the Year achievement, and a "Lifetime Achievement Award" never to be done again. THANK YOU LORD! (A Gene Caron montage)

SAINT LAZAR NEW CHAMPION #303 - CH. SAINT LAZAR'S MORE THAN WORDS - "WEBSTER"

Our hardy congratulations to Lani Minor Co-Owner of Ch. Saint Lazar's More Than Words, "Webster" for a fine presentation of Webster which resulted in his new Championship. Webster has already produced some outstanding pups, amongst which are our "Iris" Co-Owned with Lani.

SAINT LAZAR NEW CHAMPION #304 - CH. SAINT LAZAR'S SAHARA

It is no secret that our close and dear friend, Madonna Lee of Cocoa, FL fell in love with our Sahara as a puppy and wanted to show her. Since Wanda was not doing well health wise, as mentioned elsewhere on this page, we were pleased to let Madonna take her home. Well, Madonna presented her beautifully, and Sahara responded magnificently to win Winner's Bitch Saturday, 10/23. Since Madonna had her Grand Champion Saint Lazar's Amazin Raisin, "Macy" entered as a "Special", Wanda took Sahara in for the Best of Winners/Best of Variety competition. Judge Rosaline Kraus Kramer, one of the finest Terrier Judges around, awarded Sahara Best of Variety over 7 Specials, including 2 extremely outstanding Grand Champion Saint Lazar girls, and our "Fabulous Five" Champion, Flynn. What a fine day for Madonna who dearly loves this little gal, every bit as much as her Macy, and for Wanda to be able participate in this outstanding win as her Owner/Breeder. This win gave Sahara her Championship, and Saint Lazar it's 304th Champion.

NEW SAINT LAZAR CHAMPION #305 - CH. SAINT LAZAR'S MORGANITE

Wow do I love this boy! His magnificent headpiece photo has graced our webpage heading, Wanda's Lifetime Achievement Award, our chairback graphic, and numerous other items. His head is 100% to the Manchester Terrier Breed Standard. However, it took a while to achieve his AKC Championship since Errol Flynn out gunned him, as did a couple of others, but he finally had his day under two Judges at the Atlanta Classic. He will be a future Stud Dog of the Year, and he has already produced outstanding pups. Many thanks to Gene & Debbie Caron for these new champion photos and montages. THERE ARE NO BETTER FRIENDS!

BEST OF VARIETY OVER 7 CHAMPIONS AND A NEW CHAMPION TO BOOT

Only minutes before the many friends and family members gathered on the show grounds to surprise Wanda, and then eat a wonderful Master Chef Gene Caron provided lunch, Wanda presented our Ch. Saint Lazar's Sahara to one of the most knowledgeable Terrier Judges in America, Rosalind Kraus Kramer. This beautiful little gal beat seven (7) Champions (Specials), some with Professional Handlers showing them, to win the coveted Best of Variety title and become the 304th Saint Lazar Champion. GOD IS SO GOOD! (A Gene Caron photo)

MORE CAKE ICING WITH BEST OF OPPOSITE SEX TO BEST OF VARIETY

The above is Sonja Long chatting with Judge Rosalind Kraus Kramer. Some will remember that exactly a year ago, the fine boy pictured above in Sonja's arms, Ch. Saint Lazar's Errol Flynn, "Flynn", achieved the very same staggering win that Sahara did on 10/23/10. With Charlie presenting him, Flynn went BOV over several Champions, to defeat 17 TMT's under another knowledgeable Terrier Judge, sadly recently deceased, Richard Bauer. We are so grateful to Sonja for taking Flynn as a Co-owner and continuing to present him beautifully. Sonja is not a "professional handler", and she and Flynn have not "purchased" one win. Flynn is Morgan's brother but from a later litter, the "Fabulous Five".

A ONCE IN A LIFETIME SAINT LAZAR LINEUP

This awesome photo was taken by Toby Jones, our friend from Charlotte, NC, with Charlie's Canon 7D. From left to right, BISS Grand Champion Saint Lazar's Topaz who went BOV at the Atlanta Classic on Thursday, 10/22 with super Handler Roxanne Sutton presenting her. Next Madonna Lee presenting Grand Champion Saint Lazar's Amazin Raisin (Macy), Charlie presenting Winner's Dog, new Champion Saint Lazar's Morganite, and Wanda with new Champion Saint Lazar's Sahara, who as Winner's Bitch moments later won Best of Variety over 7 Specials. There was nothing in Lincoln NE, other than Neelix, that could even approach this superb quality lineup. GOD in HIS INFINITE GOODNESS could not have given Saint Lazar a better day. Later in the day Wanda learned Striker was Stud Dog of the Year for his record breaking 3rd time, and then she received the never before awarded "LIFETIME BREEDER ACHIEVEMENT AWARD" from our breeder, exhibitor, Judge, and Professional Handler friends (yes we do have a few Professional Handler friends). TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

NEW GRAND CHAMPION SAINT LAZAR'S AMAZIN RAISIN - "MACY"

ome months ago the AKC initiated a new title, "Grand Champion". A dog must gain a number of "Select" points in order to achieve this title. We believe "Macy" is the first Toy Manchester Terrier to gain this title by being only "owner presented", she is certainly the first Saint Lazar dog. This title is easy to obtain when money is no object and one has their dog shown exclusively by "professional handlers". Give it a try showing your own dog, and you will quickly find our what an excellent achievement this is for Macy and her owner, Madonna Lee of Cocoa Beach, FL. Title earned 8/28/10 in Atlanta, GA when Macy defeated a Toy entry of 14 dogs, incuding 4 professionally handled "Specials", one of them being billed as the #1 TMT. Judge Toddie Clark did the honors.
